- Delivery and Setup: We provide delivery, setup, and takedown services for all rentals. The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, flat, and free of obstacles.
- Usage: All rental equipment must be used in accordance with our guidelines. The customer assumes responsibility for any damages or loss during the rental period.
- Liability: Jumpers Texas is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our rental equipment. The customer agrees to use the equipment at their own risk.
3. General Conditions
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment from Jumpers Texas.
- Force Majeure: Jumpers Texas is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government actions.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
