What we rent

  • Chairs: plastic folding chairs, white resin folding chairs, kids chairs, Dior chairs and bar stools.
  • Tables: 6 ft rectangular tables, round tables, cocktail tables, 4 ft kids tables and a portable bar table.
  • Tents: 10×10 canopy, 20×20 and 20×40 tents, plus a misting tent for hot days.
  • Linens: traditional tablecloths and elastic table covers for round and rectangular tables.
  • Event equipment: cooling fans, outdoor heaters, coolers, event lighting and a 6500 watt generator.

How many tables and chairs do I need?

A 6 ft rectangular table seats 6 to 8 adults and a round table seats about 8. For a party of 40 guests, plan on 5 to 6 tables and 40 chairs. A 20×20 tent covers about 4 to 5 tables, and a 20×40 tent covers about 8 to 10 tables with room to walk around.

How to book your table and chair rental

  1. Pick your rentals and your party date on our website. Availability updates in real time.
  2. Secure your date with a 40% deposit per item.
  3. Pay the remaining balance and sign the rental agreement at least 24 hours before the event.
  4. We deliver and set up before the party and pick everything up when it is over.

Can I rent tables and chairs without a bounce house?

Yes. You can rent tables, chairs and tents on their own. Delivery is calculated at checkout from your ZIP code.

Do you deliver and pick up the tents?

Yes. We deliver and pick up all tents, tables and chairs. Before your event, let us know about any sprinkler lines or underground cables where the tent will go.

What if the weather is bad on my party day?

We never set up in unsafe weather. If rain or strong wind makes your rental unsafe, you can reschedule within 365 days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 7 days before your event and receive a refund minus 40% of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event receive a credit valid for 365 days.

Is Jumpers Texas licensed and insured?

Yes. Jumpers Texas is a licensed and insured party rental company, and every rental is cleaned and inspected before each event.
