Deliveries start at 7:00 AM and follow our daily route. If you need a guaranteed delivery time, for example at a park or venue, the park and venue fee secures your time.

Can you set up at a park, church, school or HOA clubhouse?

Yes. Park, clubhouse, church, school, venue and commercial setups have a $50 fee. On concrete or other hard surfaces we use sandbags instead of stakes.

What happens if it rains?

Safety comes first. If the weather makes it unsafe to use the inflatables, you can reschedule your rental within 365 days.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you receive a refund minus 40% of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event receive a credit valid for 365 days.
