  • A standard electrical outlet nearby, or add our generator.
  • An adult supervising at all times. No shoes, food, drinks or sharp objects inside.

How to book your bounce house rental

  2. Secure your date with a 40% deposit per item.
  3. Pay the remaining balance and sign the rental agreement at least 24 hours before the event.
  4. We deliver and set up before the party and pick everything up when it is over.

How long can I keep the bounce house?

We deliver before your party and pick up when it is over, so kids can jump throughout the event. Text us if you need a special schedule.

Can you set up on concrete or at a park?

Yes. On concrete or other hard surfaces we secure inflatables with sandbags instead of stakes. Setups at parks, clubhouses, churches, schools and venues have a $50 fee.

What if the weather is bad on my party day?

We never set up in unsafe weather. If rain or strong wind makes your rental unsafe, you can reschedule within 365 days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 7 days before your event and receive a refund minus 40% of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event receive a credit valid for 365 days.

Is Jumpers Texas licensed and insured?

Yes. Jumpers Texas is a licensed and insured party rental company, and every rental is cleaned and inspected before each event.
